How can art change our perceptions about ourselves and the world around us? Would you like to explore a creative way to support your mental health and wellbeing? Linking art to ‘The Five Ways to Wellbeing’ this FREE six week project aims to inspire positive changes in your life through creativity, connection and self-reflection. No previous art experience is necessary to join this project which will gently guide you to explore your own creativity without judgment or criticism.

Sarah Allen is looking for 8 participants to sign up to 6 weeks of activity (you must be able to attend every session on 13th May, 20th May, 3rd June, 10th June, 17th June and 24th June). All activities will take place in Cleethorpes (both indoors and on the salt marshes and beach). You will be provided with all materials, lots of support and the opportunity to see for yourself the transformative powers of art on your mental health and wellbeing.
